Are there any additional charges?
There are no additional charges but some states may deduct up to 5% of your total claim to cover administrative fees. Remember, there are no up front fees. We are not entitled to any money until you receive your check. If there is no recovery, you are not obligated to us in any manner, period. All expenses we incur during the recovery process remain our sole responsibility. After your claim has been approved a check will be sent directly to you. You have nothing to lose.
